The Ministry of Investments and European Projects has opened the pre-registration stage for contracting grants for investments in re-technologies intended for SMEs, a measure to which a budget of 300 million euros is allocated through the Competitiveness Operational Program.

BIS– “Investments in productive activities” – Project type: “Investments in re-technologies granted to SMEs in the food industry and construction, in order to restore resilience capacity".End of first paragraph
The Ministry of Investments and European Projects makes available to applicants User manual for the granturi.imm.gov.ro platform, a document that includes all the technical information that users should go through to submit electronic applications.

The launch of the call for projects is scheduled for October 7, with applicants having one week to submit their applications.
The conditions that must be met by applicants to be considered eligible:
- the activity for which funding is requested must be related to a CAEN code authorized on the date of submission of the funding application per enterprise, not per implementation location;
- to be Establish until December 31, 2020;
- not be considered SMEs in difficulty on 31 December 2021;
- to record operating profit from current activity, respectively from operating activity in the 2021 financial year.
The following types of activities are eligible for funding:
- modernization/equipment/connection to public utilities/energy efficiency of specific building-type infrastructures related to existing production capacities, as well as for other categories of expenses related to specific production infrastructures for which it is not necessary to obtain building permits in accordance with the specific legislation in force;
- provision of equipment, specific machinery, specific furniture, IT equipment, including for energy efficiency, necessary for production activity, as well as other purchases of goods of this nature that are necessary for existing production capacities.
