8. Governing law
The rights and obligations of the parties, imposed by these terms and conditions, as well as all legal effects produced by this agreement, will be interpreted and governed by the Romanian law in force. Any dispute regarding this agreement will be brought to resolution before an arbitrator, and in the event that the parties do not agree on the appointment of an arbitrator within 15 days of notification of the dispute, the jurisdiction will revert to the Romanian courts at the headquarters of organic-consulting.ro.
