Non-refundable grants for SMEs and large enterprises through the ConstructPLUS program

The Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism (MEAT) announces the opening of the call for submission of funding applications for the ConstructPLUS program.

Specifically, starting Monday, April 8, both SMEs and large enterprises with legal personality will be able to apply for non-refundable grants, for the purpose of establishing and/or developing production capacities for construction materials.

The session will be open for 30 days, until Wednesday, May 8.

To verify eligibility and analyze the application file, applicants will submit the approved annual financial statements for the period 2020-2022, with newly established companies being exempted from this obligation. The documentation will thus include the statement of assets, liabilities and equity, the profit and loss account, informative data, the statement of fixed assets, as well as proof of their submission to ANAF.

At the same time, regarding the financial statements of the enterprises in operation, it will be verified whether they have a turnover return greater than 0, in one of the last 3 fiscal years (2020-2022). The return is calculated as 100 x Net profit / Turnover. Furthermore, it will be analyzed whether these enterprises have positive equity at the end of the last completed financial year (2022).

Applications for funding approval, accompanied by supporting documents, will be sent to the MEAT Registry (Calea Victoriei no. 152, Sector 1, Bucharest), with the following mention on the envelope: Directorate of Industrial Policies and Financing for Industry – GEO no. 68/2023.
