List of applicants registered within Pillar 1 of Start-Up Nation Romania

The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism has published the list of applicants registered within Pillar 1 of Start-Up Nation Romania, in descending order of the scores obtained in the financing.

This first evaluation is carried out automatically by the electronic application granturi.imm.gov.ro, based on the documents uploaded by the applicants.

The list can be downloaded from here (click)!

For equal scores, according to the legislation in force, the tiebreaker was carried out taking into account:

  • the score obtained in the criterion related to the field of activity (section A of the evaluation criteria);
  • the score obtained for the investment criterion (section C of the evaluation criteria);
  • the score obtained in the criterion related to the sustainable development component (section D of the evaluation criteria);
  • the score obtained in the entrepreneurial training courses criterion (section E of the evaluation criteria);
  • the score obtained in the criterion related to digital skills courses (section F of the evaluation criteria);
  • the score obtained in the criterion related to the start of business (section G of the evaluation criteria);
  • the score obtained for the criterion related to the innovation component of the project (section H of the evaluation criteria);
  • the exact value of the percentage related to the investment in equipment;
  • date and time of enrollment in the program.

The second stage of evaluation consists of analyzing the information submitted by the applicants through the application forms. Thus, in order to admit the applications for funding, the technical team of the ministry and the staff of the Agencies for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Investment Attraction and Export Promotion will verify the completion of all fields by the applicants, the eligibility of the CAEN Rev 2 code, including the links of the acquired assets with the flow of activities/sub-activities that are necessary to carry out the activities of the CAEN code for which funding is requested, as well as the classification in the SME category and the declarations undertaken.

Depending on the results of the second evaluation stage, applicants will receive either a decision on acceptance in principle for funding or a decision on rejection of funding. There is also the possibility of requesting additional clarifications. In this regard, applicants are obliged to permanently monitor their account on the granturi.imm.gov.ro platform and the information posted on the ministry's website to ensure compliance with the procedural deadlines.

Only expenses incurred from the grant account, specifically opened by the beneficiary for the implementation of the project, following the allocation of the grant and the submission of co-financing, and which comply with the list of expenses imposed by legislation, will be eligible.
