You can open an online company account regardless of whether you have an SRL, PFA or PFI (Liberal profession registered with ANAF).
· The online bank account can be opened by Legal Entity Clients: LLCs, PFAs, Liberal Professions
· An online account can be opened for entities that have one or more associates in the shareholding structure, provided that all associates who have more than 20%, each, are Romanian citizens.
· LLCs with one or more administrators are accepted, provided they are Romanian citizens. Any of them can open the account
· The administrator who opens the account must have full powers and a term of office
· The contact details should be those of the legal representative
· All documents uploaded to the system must be photographed/scanned in color
· Accounts cannot be opened through proxies
· Accounts of a former Libra Internet Bank customer cannot be reopened. They can only be reopened in Branches
· Accounts cannot be opened where the legal representative has a temporary ID card
· Online accounts are not opened for entities with the following areas of activity: Cryptocurrency trading, pawnshops and currency exchange houses, weapons and ammunition manufacturing
There is no difference between the classic account (opened in a branch) and the account opened online. You will be able to use the account for all operations, including access to mobile banking from the Libra application. If you have also opted for the issuance of a card associated with the account, it will arrive at the address you indicated free of charge.
