Registration for the Woman Manager program is set to begin on July 30, 2024, according to a recent announcement by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism (MEAT).
Thus, female entrepreneurs who own companies will be able to request de minimis aid for business development of up to 200,000 lei.
Online registrations are open for 45 working days, starting July 30, 2024 (10:00 AM).
Registration Conditions:
- companies established before 2022;
- have fully private share capital;
- to be based and operate in Romania;
- create and maintain at least two full-time jobs;
- at least 50% of the company's shares/shares must be owned by women.
The funding can be used, for example, for:
• technological equipment;
• purchase of work spaces, production spaces and spaces for services and commerce;
• means of transport;
• purchase of furniture, office equipment and systems for protecting human and material values;
• salaries, utilities (electricity, water, gas, sanitation, telephone and internet subscription), accounting services and expenses related to rents for work spaces, production spaces or spaces for providing services and trade, representing a lump sum of maximum 60,000 lei of the value of approved eligible expenses;
• consultancy for preparing documentation in order to obtain funding under the program and for implementing the project, in an eligible amount of maximum 10,000 lei.
The selection of projects will be done in descending order of the score obtained upon registration (a minimum score of 50 out of a maximum of 100 is required)
