Unions and employers' associations accepted the increase to 3,000 lei of the gross minimum wage, with 200 lei non-taxable

The Minister of Labor, Marius Budăi, announced on Thursday evening that the Trade Unions and Employers' Associations accepted, during the discussions in the National Tripartite Council, the proposal to increase the gross minimum wage to 3,000 lei, with 200 lei non-taxable.

At the same time, the gross salary in construction will increase to 4,000 lei next year.

"The unions and employers' associations accepted, during the discussions in the CNT, the PSD proposal, announced by President Marcel Ciolacu, to increase the gross minimum wage to 3,000 lei, with 200 lei non-taxable, but also to 4,000 lei gross in the construction sector, in 2023.

The discussion remains open regarding the increase and taxation WAGES higher than the minimum," Marius Budăi wrote on his Facebook page.
