LLCs will be able to pay the subscribed share capital in stages

Limited liability companies (SRL) will soon be freed from the current obligation to pay in full, at the date of incorporation, the subscribed share capital.

Payment will be made in stages, after registration, starting November 26, 2022, it announces avocatnet.ro.

A percentage of 30% of the value of the subscribed share capital of SRL's will have to be paid within a maximum of three months from the date of registration, but before the start of operations on behalf of COMPANY.

The difference in subscribed share capital of 70% will have to be paid later, as follows:

  • for cash contributions, within 12 months from the date of registration;
  • for the contribution in kind, within a maximum of two years from the date of registration.
