{"id":1592,"date":"2023-01-25T19:51:09","date_gmt":"2023-01-25T16:51:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/organic-consulting.ro\/?p=1592"},"modified":"2023-01-25T19:51:10","modified_gmt":"2023-01-25T16:51:10","slug":"sistemul-de-lucru-hibrid-la-mare-cautare-sondaj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/organic-consulting.ro\/en\/sistemul-de-lucru-hibrid-la-mare-cautare-sondaj\/","title":{"rendered":"Hybrid work system in high demand \u2013 survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>2022 was the year when employees began to return to office work, after two years in which the remote work style was the rule rather than the exception, and 2023 looks set to continue this trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the latest survey data conducted by <a href=\"https:\/\/cariera.ejobs.ro\/remote-si-hibrid-work-schimbari-2023\/?utm_source=facebook&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_content=&amp;utm_campaign=ejobs-romania-page-post&amp;fbclid=IwAR3grfvEIAUTK1I2JFQH47IyiMfbKz6ChDHZOLtTOZyOmSd1Ihssg81_oyI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eJobs Romania<\/a>, at this time, 46.1% of employees work exclusively from the company&#039;s headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only 18.4% still work fully from home, and the rest divide their schedule between home and office, as follows: <strong>18.8% have a hybrid program on a structure decided by the company<\/strong>, 13.7% must also come to the office, but they have the freedom to decide for themselves how many days they work from home and how many from the headquarters, and 3% come to the office only for meetings and sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;If at the beginning of 2020 we were still the country in Europe with the least openness of employers towards remote work, now this style of work has entered a form of normality here, in almost all fields of activity. Last year, over 30,000 remote jobs were posted, 29.4% more than in 2021 and 490% more than in 2019, and since the beginning of the year until now we have already had more than 3,000 remote jobs posted, i.e. 10% of the total. This means that employers remain flexible from this point of view, but <strong>this flexibility manifests itself more in the direction of accepting a hybrid work schedule than a completely remote one<\/strong>&quot;, says Ana C\u0103lug\u0103ru, Head of Communications at eJobs, the largest online recruitment platform in Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this regard, 57.11% of survey participants say that <a href=\"https:\/\/organic-consulting.ro\/en\/servicii-financiare\/salarizare-si-resurse-umane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">works<\/a> at least five days a month from the office. 14.3% come to the company headquarters only once a month, 9% twice, 7.1% three times, and 12.4% work from the office four days a month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask what changes they would like to make this year in the way they work.<strong>, most (respectively 28.3%) answered that they want to work hybrid, but they should be the ones to decide how many days they will come to the office<\/strong>. 23.61% of 3T want to work exclusively from home, while 20.11% would like to increase the number of days they work from home. <a href=\"https:\/\/organic-consulting.ro\/en\/servicii-financiare\/salarizare-si-resurse-umane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I work<\/a> remote. 1.5% is at the other extreme and plans to work more from the office, and 22.6% have decided that in 2023 they will only work from the company headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of the last two categories, 40,4% say that the decision to return 100% or to work more days from the office belongs to the employers and that it was established at the level of the entire organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>59.6%, on the other hand, confess that they no longer feel comfortable working from home and want to make a change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This type of employer flexibility has also become a criterion that candidates take into account when considering a new job.<\/strong>. Thus, 60.91% of the survey participants claim that they would not work for a company that does not accept remote or hybrid work. 26.61% of the respondents even say that this is the aspect that would weigh the most in the decision to accept a new job offer.
