Processing of personal data<\/strong> represents any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, manually or by using automated means, such as: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure to third parties by transmission, dissemination or in any other way, alignment or combination, blocking\/restriction, erasure or destruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Types of data collected by Organic Consulting<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We exclusively process personal data provided directly on the communication channels owned by Organic Consulting: website, email, telephone, smartphone applications, social media platforms. The data collected refers to name, surname, email, telephone number. We also process data resulting from browsing our website collected through cookies and similar technologies according to the cookie policy. Data is stored on external storage media or cloud, after they have been encrypted in order to add an additional level of security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose of data collection<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Resolving requests received through Organic Consulting's communication channels mentioned above;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Carrying out various analyses and reports resulting from the use of the website;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Marketing activities, such as newsletters or periodic information using electronic mail;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) Development of the contractual relationship between Organic Consulting and clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Storage period<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collected data will be processed and stored for a period of 3 years. In the case of existing customers, this period will extend for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) Right to erasure \u2013 is the right to request the deletion of personal data in the following cases: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; personal data must be deleted for compliance with a legal obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f) The right to restriction of processing \u2013 can be exercised if a person contests the accuracy of the data during the period of verification of the correctness of the data; the processing is unlawful and the person opposes the deletion of personal data, requesting restriction instead;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Email messaging service providers. For good efficiency, some of the email messages are sent through specialized email marketing services; messages are sent only at the request of Organic Consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Official law enforcement agencies in response to an official request or legal process in connection with a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity.
