Georgiana Gaman, founder of Organic <\/strong>CONSULTING<\/strong> She began her career in the world of finance at the age of 18, having been fascinated by numbers and how they can tell stories about the success or failure of a business since she was little.<\/p>

Determined to follow her passion, she graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (ASE), a master's degree in accounting and management informatics within the same academy and is an active member of:<\/p>

After 17 years of experience in a consulting company, Georgiana felt it was time for a change. She noticed that many small and medium-sized businesses in Romania were facing challenges in the tax field, especially due to the frequent changes in legislation and its complexity.
