At least one of the partners must be a woman and hold at least 50% of the company's shares\/shares in the case of applying SMEs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

They have no debts to the state budget; Applicants who have debts in installments are not eligible<\/p>

They did not exceed the de minimis ceiling of 200,000.00 Euro during three consecutive financial years for a single enterprise<\/p>

Technological equipment. Technological equipment means all tangible assets in the category of fixed assets described in groups 2.1, 2.2. and 2.3. of GD no. 2139\/2004. The category of eligible technological equipment also includes tangible assets in the category of fixed assets for playgrounds, sports halls, fitness, drones, x-body and strength, equipment, respectively specific systems for the purpose of obtaining energy savings, systems that use renewable energy sources to make the activities for which funding was requested more efficient, as well as electric vehicles 100%<\/p>

The acquisition of specific systems, installations and equipment for the purpose of achieving energy savings, systems that use renewable energy sources to make the activities for which funding was requested more efficient, as well as electric vehicles, is considered to meet the scoring criterion for sustainable development if the total eligible expenses in this category are at least 5% of the AFN value.<\/p>

Means of transport: cars, buses, minibuses, bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, karts, UTVs, ATVs, caravans with or without a motor, lifts, loaders, trailers and semi-trailers, platforms, isothermal and refrigerated containers, floating dock, passenger boats, pleasure boats, aircraft, utility vehicles and special purpose vehicles, with the exception of all vehicles with symbol G. 100% electric vehicles will be assimilated to the equipment provided for in 4.3.1 letter a)<\/p>

Purchase of furniture, office equipment and systems for the protection of human and material values<\/p>

Acquisition of workspaces, production spaces and spaces for services and commerce<\/p>

Salaries, utilities (electricity, water, gas, sanitation, telephone and internet subscription), accounting services and expenses related to rent for work spaces, production spaces or spaces for services and commerce<\/p>

Digital package (digitization voucher), which may contain one or more of the following eligible expenses: website presenting the activity, online store, domain registration expenses without hosting, website\/online store promotion expenses, software\/software necessary for the activity, electronic signature, IT equipment, PC type computing equipment, central unit, server, monitor, printer\/copier\/multifunction, including portable systems, licenses necessary for the activity, smart phones, tablets<\/p>

The digital package (digitization voucher) represents a mandatory expense within the Program under the sanction of rejection of funding and is in a minimum amount of 25,000 lei of the total eligible expenses. The expense with the electronic signature is eligible even before the signing of the financing agreement<\/p>

Financial expenses related to loans\/guarantees obtained for loans contracted by beneficiaries in order to carry out projects accepted under the Program, for applicants using credit for project implementation<\/p>

Consultancy for preparing documentation in order to obtain financing under this Program and for implementing the project, in an eligible amount of maximum 10,000 lei<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
