In the life of a company, there may be a situation where its owner decides that the company no longer serves the purpose for which it was created or that it no longer produces the desired results. In order not to generate further costs and legal obligations, this company can be closed \/ voluntarily terminated.<\/div>

How is voluntary liquidation carried out?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

First stage<\/b>\u00a0It involves submitting documentation to the Trade Register for the company to legally enter the liquidation process.\u00a0<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Second stage<\/b>\u00a0is more complex and involves the performance of specific operations that result in the liquidation of the assets. The operations consist of the liquidation of the company's assets and liabilities. Thus, it is drawn up\u00a0liquidation report<\/b>\u00a0together with\u00a0liquidation balance sheet\u00a0<\/b>by a\u00a0certified public accountant<\/b>.

The second stage is carried out both legally, with the Trade Register, and fiscally, with ANAF.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
In the first stage, following the documentation submitted by us to the Trade Register, the initiative is published in the Official Gazette for 30 days for opposition.

<\/div>
If during the 30-day period there is opposition (from creditors or State institutions) we will work together with the company administrator to resolve them as quickly as possible. If there is no opposition, at the end of the 30-day period, we will draw up a\u00a0liquidation report<\/b>\u00a0and one\u00a0liquidation balance sheet<\/b>, documents that we will submit to both the Trade Register and ANAF so that the liquidation process is complete.

It is\u00a0compulsory<\/b>\u00a0that these documents be prepared in full accordance with the legal and fiscal norms of Romania by a\u00a0certified public accountant.<\/b>\u00a0Without this stage, society\u00a0IT IS NOT LIQUIDATED.<\/b>
